Marriage Boot Camp: Refocus, Refresh and Renew

Friday, September 30, 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, October 1, 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Do you ever feel like you are repeatedly having the same 15-year-old argument with your spouse? Or often find yourself saying “I just wish we had the same point of view.” Feeling understood, supported and appreciated in your marriage is possible. Marriage Boot Camp will give you tools to develop deeper connection and communication, skills to fight fairly and love boldly, and to understand the practices that keep love alive over a lifetime.

What and Where:

This workshop will be grounded in 1 John 3:11, starts Friday evening and continues Saturday until mid-afternoon at the church. Childcare is available. It's an investment in your marriage were you'll rediscover and reconnect, all rooted in the love of Christ.

Who Can Attend:

Engaged couples, newlyweds, married couples for many years...come even if your spouse is not able to attend.

The Speaker:

Andrea Gurney, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist and professor of psychology at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She is a champion for relationships and has been working with couples and families in her private practice for almost two decades.
